Artemide Nesso lamp designed by Giancarlo Mattioli and Gruppo Architetti Urbanisti Città Nuova. This amazing design is from the 60s and was first introduced in 1967. It's made from ABS plastic, fits 4x E14 bulbs and this is the white colorway, which discolored slightly into this nice off white color. The Nesso lamp is considered a valuable piece of art. An “icon” of design and part of the permanent collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Museum of Modern Art.
It's in great condition with normal signs of wear for an older vintage piece. It has a small hairline crack in the base as you can see in the pictures.
